Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 July 2026
This policy explains how Behold 360 Pty Ltd (ABN 35 644 704 870), as the operator of LoadLoop, handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. By using LoadLoop, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
1. What we collect
- Account details: name, mobile number, email, and (for Carriers) business name, ABN, home base, the lanes and trucks you run, and deck capacity.
- Documents: insurance, licence, or accreditation documents you choose to provide, and the details read from them (such as insurer, cover, class, expiry).
- Listings: the load and backload information you post, including towns, dates, dimensions, photos, and any exact addresses you add.
- Activity: the loads you view, contact reveals, quotes, close-outs, and messages we send you.
- Technical: basic device and usage data, and cookies needed to run the site.
2. How we collect it
Mostly you give it to us directly when you sign up, post, or connect. Town locations may be resolved through a mapping provider as you type. We use cookies to keep you signed in and to run the private beta.
3. Why we use it
- to run the board: show listings, match relevant loads to Carriers, and connect the parties;
- to notify you (for example by SMS) about loads on your lanes or activity on your posts;
- to show a trust profile based on the documents you provide and your track record;
- to keep the platform safe, prevent misuse, and meet our legal obligations.
4. Location privacy on listings
Before contact is made, a load only ever shows a town and an approximate areapublicly. The exact address, phone number, and email are not shown until a signed-in Carrier taps to connect on that load. Each connection is recorded.
5. Who we share it with
- The other party on a job: when a Carrier connects on a load, contact and exact-location details are shared between the Shipper and that Carrier so they can deal directly.
- Service providers: hosting, database, SMS, and mapping providers who help us run the platform, under confidentiality.
- If required by law, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
6. Documents and security
Documents you upload are stored privately and are not published on the board; we use them only to show that a document was sighted and its apparent details. We take reasonable steps to protect information, including transport encryption, but no system is perfectly secure.
7. Messages and opt-out
Recurring load, backload and quote SMS are optional and are only sent after separate consent. Freight alerts may arrive 24 hours a day, including overnight, as stated when you opt in. You can mute individual alert types in LoadLoop or reply STOP to immediately stop all LoadLoop SMS from that number. Reply START to opt in again or HELP for assistance. We keep a record of consent and preference changes.
8. Storage and overseas
Data is hosted with our infrastructure providers, primarily in Australia (Sydney region). Some service providers may store or process limited data overseas; where they do, we take reasonable steps to require appropriate protection.
9. Access, correction and retention
You can ask to access or correct your personal information by contacting us. We keep information for as long as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
10. Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, contact us first at support@loadloop.com.au and we will work to resolve it. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date shows when. See also our Terms of Service. Contact: support@loadloop.com.au.
